What we collect

The only information we collect directly is what you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message. We ask for these so we can read your enquiry and get back to you.

How we use your details

We use the details you send only to respond to your enquiry and to help you with whatever you have contacted us about. We do not add you to any mailing list without asking, and we do not use your details for anything you did not intend. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to help you.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, so we can keep improving it. This uses cookies to collect anonymous information, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located. It does not tell us who you are, and you can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We never sell your information

We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it if the law requires us to, or with a trusted service (such as our email provider) purely so we can reply to you.

Maps and other services

Some pages link to or embed third-party services, such as Google Maps, Facebook, and the interactive ride maps you can view and download. When you use those, their own privacy terms apply.

Seeing or removing your information

You are welcome to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. Just get in touch and we will sort it out for you.
